About thirty five years ago, a Buddhist priest/artist in Okinawa made this sculpture of a praying Buddhist saint and gave it to me. Over the years it has traveled with me to various places around the world. During those years it was damaged, but with a bit of glue I repaired it. You can’t see the repairs, but I know they are there. As with the sculpture, Boston will heal.
