Bread Making
Some people when they make bread,
measure from recipes that they've read.
A cup of this and a spoon full of that,
on their back they truly merit a pat.
No special cup or spoon do others need,
a little of this or that will do the
deed.
Stir, and mix, and adjust as seems fit,
until the proper doughiness is hit.
Like a sonata well scored,
or like jazz in which feeling is
poured,
recipes, some people always use,
for others it's creativeness let loose.
I make bread on the stove top in a cast iron frying pan. This photo is of one batch.
Bon appetit!
